Orleans Conservation Commission approves coastal project with conditions. The board unanimously approved ongoing maintenance conditions for a 175-linear-foot fiber roll and native buffer project at 6 and 16 Hammatt Road, capping annual sand nourishment at 60 cubic yards with May 1 completion deadlines. In related business, Commissioners voted unanimously to continue a Notice of Intent hearing for Frederick and Patricia Eppinger's proposed garage at 32 Hayward Lane to June 2, citing concerns about tree removals and visual impacts to the Pleasant Bay ACEC.

The Commission also voted unanimously to reject a Recreation Department request to relocate a gazebo from Eldredge Park.
