Conservation Commission approves sewage system, wetland projects

Orleans Conservation Commission approves coastal projects, continues complex redevelopment. The Conservation Commission issued a negative determination 6-0 on a sewage disposal system replacement at 63 Old Field Road within the 100-foot coastal bank buffer zone, and approved with conditions a pool project at 24 Camp Road requiring a 25-foot native vegetation buffer and oak tree protection. A dwelling reconstruction at 169 Monument Road was continued to April 21 for additional detail on stormwater management and habitat mitigation.
