ORLEANS — The Conservation Commission set a Nov. 17 enforcement hearing on shed and retaining wall work at 20 Fox Lane. Conservation Administrator John Janelle said he believes the shed, three retaining walls and grading sit on a coastal bank and were not permitted. Jonathan Polony of Sennion Associates, representing the owner, asked for more time to produce a site plan.
Associate Member Dave Lyttle said "some sort of accurate site plan is necessary to make any determination." Earlier, the commission found two Archer Lane projects in substantial compliance and kept an Eastern red cedar in a Burnett tree-work request. It also released a $5,000 escrow on Mill Pond Road.
