Orleans Zoning Board of Appeals unanimously voted to continue the Eppinger garage permit application. The board postponed Case #2026-07, which seeks a special permit for Frederick and Patricia Eppinger to construct a detached garage at 32 Hayward Lane under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 40A, Section 6, until September 16, 2026. The application has been pending since May.
Five members attended: Chair Gerald Mulligan, David Lyttle, Sibel Asantugrul, Matthew Cole, and Robert Wilkinson. Prior meeting minutes from June 17 and July 15 were also approved.
