Zoning Board approves two special permits for residential building coverage.

ORLEANS — Zoning Board of Appeals unanimously approves two residential special permits. The board approved an amended Special Permit for Michelle Lavelle at 355 Tonset Road to demolish and rebuild with a guest house, after Attorney Benjamin Zehnder presented revised plans reducing the structures' dimensions; the vote was unanimous 5-0. The board also unanimously approved 5-0 a Special Permit for 65 Towhee, LLC allowing a new single-family dwelling with 4,130 square feet of building coverage and a 1,130-square-foot boathouse at 65 Towhee Lane, conditioned on strict compliance with the Conservation Commission's Order of Conditions.
