Orleans Zoning Board approved a special permit for 21LB LLC to build a shed at Little Bay Road. The 14-foot by 12-foot shed will increase the property's building coverage to 4,160 square feet, exceeding the 4,000-square-foot zoning limit. Chair Gerald Mulligan moved for approval, seconded by Associate Member David Lyttle, with a unanimous 5-0 vote by members Austin Higgins, Matthew Cole, and Robert Wilkinson.
The board also continued two other special permit applications: the Eppinger detached garage at 32 Hayward Lane to August 19, and the Cooper-McKhann addition at 8 Kescayogansett Road to September 16.
