ORLEANS — Zoning Board of Appeals unanimously renews marijuana establishment permit with extended hours. The board approved the Special Permit renewal for Seaside Joint Ventures LLC at 14 Lots Hollow Road, extending operating hours to 8:00 AM through 10:00 PM, with Chair Gerald Mulligan presiding alongside Members Austin Higgins, Martin Szeber, and Robert Wilkinson. The applicant must maintain compliance with all state regulations.
In related action, applicant Adam P. Graham withdrew a variance application for a detached garage height modification, which the board determined fell outside its jurisdiction.
