ORLEANS — Zoning Board of Appeals approves marijuana establishment permit renewal with extended hours. Ember Gardens Cape Cod LLC received unanimous approval to renew its special permit and extend operation from prior hours to 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM at 41 Route 6A; the Board voted 4-0 on both the renewal and the hour modification. In a separate case, the Board continued consideration of Michelle Lavelle's application for a special permit to construct a new dwelling and guest house exceeding 4,000 square feet at 355 Tonset Road, with the Board voting unanimously to defer the case to March 18, 2026 pending clarification of accessory dwelling unit bylaw requirements.
