ORLEANS — Wastewater Management Advisory Committee approves prior meeting minutes unanimously. The panel heard Phase 2 sewer construction is nearly complete pending a required clear water test, with property owner letters expected to mail next week and an Order to Connect anticipated February 5, 2026, according to Program Coordinator John Nelson. Phase 3 and Phase 4 planning proceeded as outlined; the State Revolving Fund application for Phase 3 was submitted to the Department of Environmental Protection with clarifications requested.

Michael Giggey of Wright-Pierce discussed enforcement gaps in the town's fertilizer control bylaw while the committee prepared for a January 22 community meeting on the Mill Pond Study.
