ORLEANS — Wastewater Management Advisory Committee approves prior minutes and discusses nitrogen planning. The committee met in hybrid format at Orleans Town Hall on April 9, with seven members present, including Chair Kevin Galligan (Select Board) and Clerk Giru'iy Farber (Board of Water and Sewer Commissioners). Mike Giggey of Wright-Pierce presented a water consumption database related to nitrogen management and upcoming work by the Pleasant Bay Alliance.
The committee approved March 26, 2026 minutes by a vote of 6-0-1, with Bob Mullin abstaining.
