ORLEANS — Snow Library Board approves January minutes and hears Capital Improvement Plan timeline. Chair James Balliett reported design work slated for fiscal year 2028 with construction to begin in fiscal year 2029, modeled after the town's fire station project approach; the board will re-evaluate costs and coordinate with the Select Board. William Francis Powers Jr. reported the trust fund performing well with year-to-date deposits at $35,000 against expenditures of $5,100.

Director Tavi Prugno noted a sink hole in the library parking lot was temporarily patched in January and will require excavation to identify and fix the underlying cause before full lot repaving begins.
