ORLEANS — Site Plan Review Committee advances mixed-use building review with conditions. Dennis Talbot's informal application for a six-unit mixed-use building at 35 Route 28, with five apartments above the Clothes Den store, moved forward contingent on applicant compliance with fire suppression coordination, submission of complete floor plans, and resolution of 18 building code deficiencies enumerated by Orleans Building Commissioner F. Davis Walters.
The committee voted 5-0-1 to approve prior minutes, with Calvin Sutton abstaining, and determined the project must return for formal site plan review once conditions are satisfied by end of March 2026.
