Site Plan Review Committee · Meeting of September 2, 2026
Site Plan Review Committee examined an eight-unit housing proposal on Route 6A requiring formal review. Applicant Matthew Cole presented an informal application for 170 Route 6A, LLC, describing two new duplexes (four units each) behind existing structures, served by one curb cut and shared driveways. Fire Department requested an 8-foot extension to the rear emergency turnaround.
Water Department required easements and maintenance agreements for shared water lines, a State Road Opening Permit, and sidewalk restoration. Health and Conservation departments offered no comments. The committee determined the application will proceed to formal site plan review.
