ORLEANS — Recreation Advisory Committee approves March 19 minutes and reviews revised Eldredge Park renovation. Regan Andreola of Weston and Sampson presented an updated plan with five cost-reduction alternates aimed at staying within secured funding. Public comment focused on pickle ball court shade, accessibility, parking, and temporary facility locations during construction.

Director Tom DeSiervo reported 121 letters of support for the project, including from Orleans Elementary School Parent Teacher Committee and Cape Cod Children's Place. The committee also discussed summer programming, fireworks on July 2, and pedestrian safety concerns near the Nauset Administration Building.
