Planning Board approves partial lot release on Monomoy Lane subdivision

Orleans Planning Board releases two Monomoy Lane subdivision lots pending infrastructure work. Chair John Ostman and the board unanimously authorized the Chairman to sign the Partial Release of Covenant for Lots 1 and 2 of the four-lot subdivision approved in December 2022, contingent on applicant Timothy Klink completing coordination with the Water and Highway Departments. Director Elizabeth Jenkins presented Phase II Zoning Updates prioritizing accessory dwelling units, tiny houses, and attainable housing, along with a Growth Incentive Zone framework through the Cape Cod Commission to concentrate development in areas with existing infrastructure and compact uses.
The board approved March 24 minutes and adjourned at 5:25 p.m.
