ORLEANS — Planning Board unanimously backs Eversource tree maintenance in three circuits. Chairman John Ostman and Vice-Chairman Debbie Oakes led the hybrid meeting that approved Eversource Energy's application for pruning at 10 inches on each side and no tree removals across Circuits 4-83-83, 4-89B-89B, and 4-628-628. The Board also scheduled a special meeting for February 17, 2026, to discuss the Draft Orleans Comprehensive Plan before a public hearing on March 10, and voted to maintain current Planning Board subdivision fees for the coming year.
