Orleans Cultural District backs First Friday mini-grant program. The committee unanimously approved a pilot initiative offering up to three $300 grants per month for June and July to support artists and musicians at merchant-organized First Friday events beginning June 5. The committee also unanimously approved the finalized job description for the FY27 Pop-Up Practices Coordinator at $3,000 per fiscal year, unanimously accepted a $1,600 wall-art canvas project at 44 Main Street, and unanimously approved a $3,000 donation from the Orleans Community Partnership for future banners.
Treasurer Craig Oliveira reported $13,232.53 in accounts requiring allocation by June 30, 2026.
