ORLEANS — Old King's Highway Committee unanimously approves property modifications at 6 Bakers Pond Road. Chair Richard Weeks and members Jamie Demas and Andrew Miao signed off on Andy Lestage's application to add a window, remove an AC compressor, and install two mini split heat pump compressors. The window will match existing muntins and shrubs will soften the road-facing appearance.
In new business, Weeks identified a procedural gap: the chair signs off on Certificates of Exemption without notifying abutters, causing appeal periods to lapse; the committee deferred resolution to a future meeting when all members could attend.
