Orleans Human Services Advisory Committee approved prior minutes and heard Navigator Program results. Jennifer Ferron, Program Manager of Community Resource Navigators at Outer Cape Health Services, Inc., reported 40 Orleans referrals since July 1 and 455 total since inception, focusing on health-related social needs through crisis intervention and stabilization. Chair Susan Chandler proposed redesigning the grant application form to lead with contact information and funding requests followed by attached narrative responses.

The committee reviewed Cape Cod Toy Library, Inc.'s $5,000 request; Member Richard White will invite the new applicant to resubmit with greater Orleans focus. Health and Human Services Director Alexandra Fitch confirmed the committee's $200,000 budget for next year.
