The committee supported Article 17 by a vote of 6-0-3, with Finance Committee Chair Elaine Baird, Vice Chair Nick Athanassiou, and Finance Committee members David Abel, Chris Kanaga, Peter O'Meara, and Tony Pearl voting in favor. Edmund Mahoney, John Cooper, and Alice Thomason abstained.
The committee also unanimously approved minutes from meetings held March 26, April 2, and April 23, 2026.
