Orleans conservation commission approves three residential development projects with coastal buffer protections. The commission unanimously approved a house replacement project at 199 Namequoit Rd, landscaping work at 17 Marsh Ln, and a certificate of compliance for 25 High Tide Ln. Commissioners unanimously voted to request $1.125 million in conservation fund support for habitat and infrastructure projects at the upcoming town meeting.
The board also appointed representatives for the Planning Department's town-cove resiliency study examining downtown green infrastructure integration.
