ORLEANS — Conservation panel approves coastal rebuild and four other environmental projects with conditions. The Orleans Conservation Commission unanimously approved major reconstruction at 32 High Tide Ln for Kevin and Shari O'Leary with requirements for an 8- to 10-inch trench drain and April 1 tree removals. Screened-porch work at 5 Snow Shore Rd for Peter Zimetbaum and Lindsay Harris received unanimous approval subject to variance and ivy-removal mitigation.

A detached garage amendment for Greg and Carole Wilson passed 6 to 1, with Drusilla Henson dissenting; a vista-pruning project at 31 Herringbrook Wy was unanimously approved.
