ORLEANS — The Architectural Review Committee approved two applications at its September 10 meeting. Committee Chair Kelly McCarthy and members voted unanimously, 5-0, to support a two-story building with 20 workforce housing rooms at Seashore Park Inn on Canal Road, with applicants planning to seek parking relief based on limited vehicle ownership and employer-provided shuttle service. The Committee also voted unanimously to approve signage and exterior lighting for Cape Cod Nail Co. at 2 Route 6A, pending submission of lighting fixture photographs to the Building Department.
The Seashore Park Inn project awaits Planning Board and Zoning Board reviews.
