Orleans Board of Assessors approves motor vehicle and real estate tax relief. Board members Nicholas Bono and Kerrin LaFrance, with Assessor Brad Hinote, unanimously approved motor vehicle excise abatements totaling $57,768.86 across 2026 and 2025 combined, and approved real estate abatements totaling $48,249.45 plus an additional $91,460.94 for an Affordable Housing Trust Fund property at 22 Old Tote Road purchased in January 2026. The board also approved motor vehicle excise commitment 2026-3, totaling $107,697.26 across 342 bills.
