Orleans Affordable Housing Board advances Old Tote Road development. The four-unit project with Housing Assistance Corporation will include one unit at 80 percent Area Median Income, qualifying all four for state Subsidized Housing Inventory status. Board members Mallorey Quarles and Francis Mustaro will coordinate deed restrictions for the Zoning Board of Appeals, which continues the Governor Prence comprehensive permit hearing to June 24.
Community Preservation Act funding of $8,815 will support materials for a joint Housing Fair with Brewster.
