The committee unanimously approved applications from Red Balloon Toy Shop to replace front windows at 114 Route 6A, Seaside Cannabis for an 8-by-24-foot building addition at 14 Lots Hollow Road, and Cape Cod Charcuterie for a roof sign at 96 Route 6A, all contingent on compliance with town lighting and signage bylaws. The committee also clarified its role as the de facto Lighting Review Committee under town code.
