Orleans Architectural Review Committee unanimously approves signs for two Main Street businesses. Acting Chair Kelly McCarthy oversaw approval of Gretchen Quinn's sign replacement at 64 Main St. with front and side placements matching existing measurements, voting 5-0-0. The committee also approved new signage for Manifest Yoga at 32 Main St. from Bob Swartz of Signarama, conditioned on logos appearing on only one window to comply with the three-sign limit, voting 5-0-0.
The ARC continued discussion of the George Meservey comprehensive permit application for 66 and 76 Route 6A redevelopment, providing feedback on mass, architectural detail, and landscaping for Zoning Board of Appeals review.
