Orleans Architectural Review Committee approves new Surfside Seafood sign with lighting conditions. The committee unanimously approved the two-sided sign from J and J Signs at 18 Old Colony Way, contingent on Orleans lighting bylaw compliance. Ms.
Marsh moved approval, seconded by Ms. McMahan, with Mr. Salley and Mr.
Morongell raising concerns about setback distance and sign proportions. Approval requires downward-facing LED remediation and Building Department setback review before installation; vote passed 5-0.
