Orleans Architectural Review Committee unanimously approved signage for Goff Brothers Construction Inc.'s downtown office. Committee members, led by Chair Kelly McCarthy, backed three identical gold-and-black signs, each measuring 25 by 85 inches, at 26 Main Street, where the company has leased an upstairs office supplementing its existing industrial park location. The signs will not be illuminated and align in height with nearby existing signage.
Committee members also reviewed preliminary design feedback for a proposed fire station project, noting that current designs would benefit from further architectural refinement regarding massing, proportions, and materials.
