Agricultural Council Nominates Jensen as Putnam Farm Liaison

Orleans Agricultural Council nominates Jensen to continue as Putnam Farm liaison. Council member Peter Jensen was nominated by Rand Burkert, and the council unanimously approved March 2026 minutes. Peter Jensen reported on efforts to certify an Ocean Friendly Gardens project in partnership with Surfriders, a national sustainable development organization, with a scheduled public work day on May 9.
Council Chair Alexander Bates also noted that a new Seed Library partnership with Snow Library has launched.
