Orleans Housing Trust awards Old Tote Road renovation contract. The Affordable Housing Trust Board voted unanimously to issue a Notice of Award to Housing Assistance Corporation for 22 Old Tote Road at a projected cost of $474,322, with the matter referred to the Select Board for development-agreement approval. The board also voted unanimously to send a letter to the Executive Office of Housing & Livable Communities requesting help with a bottleneck in formal eligibility for the Governor Prence Inn project at 66-76 Route 6A, where demolition bidding is underway.
